Returns & Exchanges

You can return any item purchased from the Epifani Store within 14 days of purchase. Please note: there is a 10% restocking fee for any non-defective returned items. 

If an item is deemed defective or DOA we will pay return shipping. For all other returns you are responsible for any shipping costs, insurance, taxes and duties.

B-stock, used, and refurbished items and items purchased at a discounted sale price are not eligible for return.

To return an item, please contact our support team and request a return authorization (RA). All returns must include an RA issued by Epifani. Any items returned to Epifani without an RA will be refused.

If the item you receive is defective, please contact us within 14 days. We will email a shipping label to you. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
